IOSO BUSINESS STANDARD SERVICES AGREEMENT

Transparent - No Hidden Costs - Client Forward Pricing - No Term Requirements

GENERAL LABOR

$185/hr

This is the general tech support hourly rate - any requests outside of the provided managed services can be billed at this rate for Time and Material tasks.

MANAGED HYPERVISOR

$250/Device

Managed Hypervisor Standard handles Monitoring, Patching, Configurations, and Configuration Change Requests. Will grant device point of contact helpdesk support access to create requests and receive assistance. Does not include Hypervisor Applications support (EX.vCenter), this is host device only. Standard SLAs applies, for customized SLAs or added Applications support please request a quote from Enterprise Pricing below.

MANAGED SERVER

$150/Device

Managed Server Standard handles Monitoring, Patching, Configurations, and Configuration Change Requests for any Physical or Virtual server. Will grant device point of contact helpdesk support access to create requests and receive assistance. Does not include Server Software Applications support (EX.Microsoft SQL Server), this is a host device support only. Standard SLAs applies, for customized SLAs or added Applications support please request a quote from Enterprise Pricing below.

MANAGED WORKSTATION

$70/Device

Managed Workstation Standard handles Monitoring, Patching, and Webroot Anti-Virus. No access to helpdesk, this is a device management agreement only. For helpdesk pricing please request a quote from Enterprise Pricing below.

MANAGED FIREWALL/ROUTER/L3 SWITCH

$70/Device

Network Firewall Device Standard handles Monitoring, Patching, Configurations, and Configuration Change Requests. MANAGED L2 SWITCH

$35/Device

Network Switch Device Standard handles Monitoring, Patching, Configurations, and Configuration Change Requests. MANAGED WIFI CONTROLLER/ACCESS POINTS

$25/Device

Network WIFI Controller/Access Point Device Standard handles Monitoring, Patching, Configurations, and Configuration Change Requests. NETWORK DEVICE MANAGEMENT

IOSO utilizes a ‘defense in depth’ methodology in its approach to Network Device Management. This component leverages the expertise of our IOSO Security Division with best of breed manufacturers in firewalls, IPS/IDS, virus protection, remote access VPN, SPAM protection, and content filtering. Included in this offering:
•    Device Management
•    Device Patching 
•    Monitoring & Reporting
•    Configuration Backups
•    Requests for Change


IOSO manages and maintains the infrastructure including Servers, Storage, LAN, and WAN to ensure maximum uptime and reliability in systems. Included in this offering:
•    24/7 monitoring and alerting on all network devices
•    LAN/WAN Support (including interface with telecommunication providers)
•    Server & Storage Management
•    Backup & Restore Management and Remediation - Requires Client provided backup software, alternatively backup software can be purchased through IOSO.
•    Infrastructure Application Support (Exchange, SharePoint, Citrix, VMWare, etc.)
•    VOIP SIP Trunk Support – IOSO Approved VOIP providers are required for full telephony/VOIP support. 

 

Managing PCs and mobile devices presents a problem for many organizations today. Organizations look to increase employee productivity while securing all data and thus a constant need for upkeep and support on these devices exists. IOSO provides easy, secure, and reliable support of all end point devices on the network. IOSO endpoint management in this offering:
•    Windows Devices – Fully covered and provided by IOSO.
•    Apple Devices – Requires Client provided endpoint management software, alternatively Apple Endpoint management software can be purchased through IOSO.
•    Mobile Device Policies – Requires Azure Premium Licensing for MDM policies through Intune. Alternatively Mobile Device management software can be purchased through IOSO.
•    Application Support - VPN, VMWare, Exchange, SharePoint, Active Directory, Google Suite
•    Client Line of Business Applications – IOSO will work with vendor support as needed. Direct technical support for Line of Business Applications is not provided. 
•    Requires Client provided backup software, alternatively backup software can be purchased through IOSO.

IOSO Home handles Monitoring, Patching, Configurations, and Configuration Change Requests for your home network devices such as routers, firewalls, switches, & access points. We will ensure the latest security patches and updates are applied to your homes network devices. We will also configure and maintain your wireless network (WIFI) to ensure you are leveraging the latest security configurations supported by your equipment.
